The Turtle Fire System was built in response to the growing concern over fire incidents in electric vehicles and the need for a simple, safe, and effective water delivery system. Its unique design and operation enable applications that go beyond electric vehicle fire incidents, such as fires in internal combustion engines, cooling fuel storage tanks, deep-seated fires, hazardous materials (HAZMAT) incidents, and more.

Density and Volume:
– The Turtle Fire System features a full-spectrum nozzle capable of effectively delivering water from 75 to 500+ gallons per minute anywhere in between.
Safety:
– The Turtle Fire System operates autonomously, reducing firefighters’ exposure to fire, harmful, and toxic gases (protecting firefighters’ lives in hazardous areas).
Efficiency:
– Its low-profile design is easily deployed under vehicles to deliver large volumes of water directly onto the electric vehicle battery box and various vehicle types, tunnels, and tight spaces.

– Manufactured in the USA from 100% American steel. Its strength is further enhanced by the patented protective suspended dome shape.

The Turtle Fire System reduce efforts on firefighters. According to NFPA guidelines and emergency response guides for electric vehicle manufacturers, firefighters are required to deliver large quantities of water directly to the battery box to prevent unbalanced thermal reactions and assist in extinguishing the fire. However, with most electric vehicle batteries located under the vehicle, achieving this with currently available nozzles for firefighting services is extremely difficult and requires significant effort from firefighters.

Its flow pattern is equipped to accommodate flow rates adjustable during deployment from 75 to 500+ gallons per minute to address water availability. The Turtle Fire System was designed and developed to continuously adapt to evolving firefighting services and support the safety of firefighters and the communities they serve. While born out of the need to address the growing concern over electric vehicle fire incidents, the applications of the Turtle Fire System far exceed its original design.
