NFPT - NANO FIRE PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
BAST represents a breakthrough in fire protection, utilizing nano-based microencapsulation technology to stop fires at the earliest stages. Unlike traditional systems that rely on sensors or external power sources, BAST operates autonomously and instantly, independent of human intervention, power supply, or centralized fire suppression systems.
The innovation lies in its inertia-free design — the system reacts without delay, suppressing ignition sources before flames spread. It’s a reliable and proactive approach to fire safety, offering both standalone protection and integration capabilities with existing fire extinguishing infrastructure.
How It Works
At the core of the BAST system is microcapsule technology, featuring a polymer shell filled with the antitoxic extinguishing agent Novec 1230. These microcapsules remain stable in temperatures ranging from -60°C to +70°C, and only activate when specific fire-related conditions occur.

Production Capacity
With next-generation production facilities, BAST can be manufactured in unlimited quantities:
- Reactor capacity : 50 kg of microcapsules per day
- Cord weaving machine: 350 meters per day (cord size customizable)
- Fire sticker production: 150 A4 sheets/day (laser cut to required dimensions)
